Within the State of Washington, the Seattle and Bellevue Fire Departments require a Building Information Card (BIC) for buildings above 75 feet.
The BIC is to be posted within the Fire Control Room, or close to the Fire Panel.
Here is a sample of a Building Information Card. The final product is a laminated 11" X 19" poster, suitable for mounting.
