Building Information App

• Our Building App is primarily designed to find critical shutoff valves in an instant.  It can also be customized to include:
  • HVAC zones (e.g., VAV zones)
  • Electrical rooms and panels
  • Security guard protocols and swipe station locations
  • Water sensor locations.
  • Fire Extinguisher locations.
  • Any other location details as desired by the client.

 

• The Building App is self-contained on a Smartphone (both Apple and Android platforms), and does not require an internet connection.

 

• This tool is designed for roving engineers, engineering staff, Property Management, on-site security, and janitorial.

 

• Multiple properties can be listed within the Building App.
